AtTheDairyShed is nestled in a lush valley just 12km from Heidelberg in the Western Cape — a place where time slows and the soul finds rest.
For over four generations, this land was a working dairy and sheep farm belonging to the Rall family. The Heathcock family first discovered this remarkable property in November 2019 and fell in love with its quiet beauty — but then the pandemic put plans on hold. After navigating the challenges of COVID, they finally became the new custodians in 2021. Today, AtTheDairyShed remains a working farm where we continue to honour the land's rich agricultural heritage while sharing its beauty with guests seeking rest and rejuvenation.
